  Do I need to provide my own Architect?
answer: No, We can provide the Architect for you if you don’t already have one.
Do I need a permit for my work?
answer: The answer is almost always yes. Every permitting agency has its own rules and guidelines for permitting, but as a general rule, if your project involves anything besides decorative items (painting, floor covering, cabinet door & drawer front replacement, etc.) you will need a permit.
Who pulls the permit?
answer: We will pull the permit for you and will do so once we have a signed agreement and when the drawings and related documents are ready for submittal.
How long will it take to start my project once we have signed a contract with you?
answer: The time can vary depending on the scope of the project. I usually allow two months for an average job which allows for Architectural drawings and permitting.
